My best friend and I stayed here last weekend and we had the best time! Ronna was so thoughtful and gracious, providing us a map of all the best spots in town as well as beach access passes. The rooms were very beautiful and clean, and the property is super accessible, making it easy to get to the main town and beach without a car.

Beautiful area, walking distance to the beach

The hotel feels quite dated, with old furniture and beds that creak even with slight movement. The railway tracks are only about 90 yards away, and trains pass during the night, sounding their horns at the nearby crossing. The trains are very loud, and if you’re a light sleeper, this could be a significant issue. The air conditioning unit doesn’t have a quiet or night mode, so it cycles on and off quite loudly. It was too hot to sleep without it, but difficult to sleep with it running. The beds were also uncomfortable. Overall, neither of us managed to get a good night’s sleep on either night of our stay. Breakfast was unavailable despite what the listing advertised.
