Beautiful location, but disappointing cleanliness and breakfast service.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, and we really enjoyed being right by the river. The room was comfortable and the property has a lot of charm.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the balcony was extremely dirty. Breakfast was also very basic, and when we arrived around 8:30 a.m., several items were already gone and were not replenished. Even the brewed coffee ran out, so my husband couldn’t have a second cup. There was no staff around checking or restocking the breakfast area. For the price we paid, we expected a much better level of cleanliness and service.

Just being honest

The view of the Methow river.

The towels were very old and over its usage date. We paid almost 300 a night, you'd like to think you'd have at least decent towels. Also, the bathtub is up higher then the floor, so be careful getting out. Stepping out of the shower, It's a large drop. I know it sounds funny but my husband and I almost fell getting out. The pillows on the beds were old and flat. Plan on asking for more if you need more support.

The location in top tier,

Wish we knew that the hot tubs in the cabin weren't working before we arrived we would of moved or changed reservation . We book the cabins for this amenity specifically
