The Locations was excellent. Close to the village but far enough away to not be noisy.

Nicely renovated room that was clean and very livable.

When we tried to book the room online because we were bringing a pet, we were told we had contact the hotel directly. Which we did. The hotel gave us the information on how to book for two double beds, pet friendly room. Which we did. When we arrived at the hotel the manager told us we had booked a non-Dog room. And she proceeded to charge us extra money to “upgrade” to a dog friendly room. We came in at the end of a conversation with someone she was talking to on the phone who apparently was charged an extra $250 because they didn’t take their dog into a dog friendly room. Kind of a similar circumstance don’t you think? When we made the reservation, both of us who are senior citizens with a small pet heard the conversation between the front desk and ourselves before we made the reservations online. For them denying they never got that information from us is a complete misrepresentation. The worst part about it was the hotel was completely empty and instead of her offering us a pet friendly room free of charge as a goodwill gesture she insisted on charging us more for this upgrade which by the way was the same room type with two double beds. This leaves a really bad taste in our mouth since we followed the Hotel’s specific instructions on how to book online.

Staff was great, and the location is perfect. Pool was very nice.

Rooms are worn down. I know you're in the boonies but wifi was nonexistent. Wallpaper was peeling and the door was hard to close and lock. No tub just a stand up shower and the ac unit worked when it wanted to.
