Staff were friendly. The property was clean and our rooms contained the expected (and advertised) amenities: refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
The complimentary breakfast was chintzy. The mattress on the bed needed to be replaced; I kept rolling to the dip in the middle. The pillows were both flat and lumpy.

The lady at the counter, our desk coming in, was very very helpful with getting what we needed, which basically was a cart to put our stuff on and getting the door unlocked where we had to come in on the side of the building until we got our keys. She was very helpful with questions. We asked about the area and where we were going in different things love her. She was very, very nice. Very friendly

I liked that it was close to the interstate, had restaurants nearby, and the staff were very friendly.
The indoor pool was not heated, the ice machine was broken, and the maid never checked the room to collect trash/make beds.
