Decided to head home another way rather than stay here a second night.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Close to restaurants.

Room was slanting. Breakfast was not great. Bird poop by back doors was gross. One elevator was not working

Better last visit

Nice size room, decent breakfast.

We have stayed here previously and breakfast was really good. This time it was ok. They had a limited amount out which I understand with higher costs. But employees were a bit rude this visit. We witnessed the lady who was taking care of food come up to a gentlemen and tell him “it’s the same thing that was here earlier” gentleman had a confused and embarrassed look on his face and had to tell her she must have confused him with someone else. Front desk was not friendly at all. We asked for an extra hour since our baseball games did not start until late in the afternoon and they refused a late check out due to it being a weekend.

Will not stay again due to unauthorized charges on my card! Signed for a fifty dollar accidental yet the man charged me

They accidentally overcharged my card $376.20 on top of my room fee then I had to wait 5 business days for it to be removed!

Very good

The room was a nice size, and we liked the kitchen. We did not like that the TVs didn’t work. Neither TV worked.

The back door entry needs to be cleaned. It was covered in bird poop.

Will not stay here again. Very disappointed in the property.

The beds were comfortable

Very old and run down. Needs upgrades. Breakfast was very disappointing. No swimming pool.

Location and front desk was very professional

The room was disgusting. The water in the in the bathroom sink took almost 25min to go down. The carpet was absolutely disgusting to walk on. The walls were absolutely disgusting. Very sadly disappointed!! Especially bc of the ratings. Very misleading

No big complaints but it wasn’t the best fit for us as senior citizens

Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

No close up mirror or double mirror. Room service was very limited. All seating was a little low for us.

Superb

Everything about the room was great most of the Staff was very professional and nice court yard was beautiful we didn't get to enjoy it because of the kids running around on their scooters and climbing all over the rocks while their parents just tuned them out. I understand kids will be kids however there are other people that would like to enjoy their time of peace also, we retreated to our room and had to listen to them jumping up and above our room. I don't blame the hotel for this I blame the inconsiderate parents.

Breakfast was not very good just fair.

There was no place to pull up for checking in and out. Parking was tight.

It was a beautiful quiet room with easy access to outside for pets

The hold put on my debit card seriously impeded my funds. 10 days!!

Very comfortable

the size and layout of the room was amazing! Wish more hotels would accommodate large families, so thank you for having family rooms.

Did not see any designated area for pets. luckily we carry our own bags but it was clear many people don’t.
