Comfortable rooms with microwave and small fridge

Did not make the rooms everyday, no amenities, restaurant is a cafeteria with a very limited menu

Your facility was exceptionally clean. The staff was fantastic. The front desk staff was was excellent.

There was nothing during my stay that I did not like.

Location was convenient. There are multiple entrances to use once you have a key, which makes it easier for parking and not being too far from the room. The room itself was really spacious and comfortable. I didn’t get the chance to check out the pools or other amenities but they looked great.

When I first checked in, the room key I was given opened the door to the correct room, but it was either occupied or not yet cleaned as the lights were on, bed was unmade, towels on the floor, etc. I went back to the front desk and was given a new room, no issues with that one, but I blocked my door at night because that made me a little wary of safety. The restaurant had a diner look to it, and when I was going to go, it was crowded with what looked like college students; I usually wouldn’t mind but I was hoping to just sit quietly at a bar so I skipped it. The bar itself was closed at the time.

Lady at the front desk was amazing, she showed a willingness to help me when I informed her I am visiting my father due to him being in strong memorial hospital. I can not remember her name short hair, glasses.

My room leaked from the calling the second to last day I was there, I wish they could have offered to comp my stay since my father was in the hospital but I went through booking.com. I was fully prepared to come back but nothing can be done and I will be forced to look at other hotels.
