The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable the breakfast was great wish you could make your own pancakes like before and the breakfast lady was wonderful
I requested a room close to elevator for medical reasons and a room overlooking the bridge on my reservation but was given a room at the end of the hallway had to go back downstairs to change rooms but was still not given a view of the bridge.was shocked to find out they will charge 50.00 to checkout at 12 instead of 11 very disappointed at that policy

Great views across the bridge, free parking, good location into the centre. Rooms were a good size and clean and well maintained.
The room had an air conditioning which kept the temperature comfortable; however due to the humidity the floorboards were sweating and therefore wet and the room felt damp. I had to put a face towel down by my bed to dry my feet when I got up to use the bathroom. It made the stay uncomfortable and I was grateful we were only there for the night. If this had not occurred I would have recommended this hotel to stay at in the future. We did speak to reception and she said she didn’t know why that would be happening.
I was also waiting for someone at reception to check out the next day for about 10 minutes. I ended up asking a maid where they were and they were sat round the corner the whole time.
