The location
The television wasn't a smart tv with YouTube

The style of the room - having the living room area and separate bedroom with big screen TVs was a great touch. Very spacious bathroom with plenty of towels provided . The dining nook was cozy with seating for 3, and the kitchenette was equipped with plates, bowls, drinking glasses and ample cutlery. Perfect feeling like it was a mini apartment.
The carpet floor was a little dirty and the sofa bed couch as well, but I brought along my own sheets, so using it as a couch cover helped.
The bed was not bad, but definitely felt used, so perhaps new beds may be a good update.

Desk clerks,not warm or inviting. They were not rude,just a little cool.
