Bathrooms could use venting system. Need a snack vending area. Had to pay FIVE DOLLARS for a coke. That's robbery. Cleaning service BANGED on the door like it was a POLICE raid an hour and a half before checkout. completely disturbed my sleep.

The location and the beds were great, but not worth paying double for.
On Wednesday at 7:43 PM, I had tried to make the arrangements through Booking.com. I was on the phone for 1hour 2 minutes 11 seconds. There was a problem with her computer and she couldn't make the reservation. I then called back at 8:45. I was on the phone for 19 minutes 28 seconds. The second lady then said she couldn't do it either. When I got to the venue I paid for my room with my debit card. She said I had more than one room booked. I told her what happened and she said she cancelled the other room. I got home the other day and found out she cancelled the booking that I was told didn't go through. The venue itself was ok, but now I have paid for the room twice. I am not a happy camper and would like my money back. All Booking.com has to do is to listen to the tapes to know what I said was true.
