Home2 Suites By Hilton Hasbrouck Heights

Location

The breakfast

Clean, Buffett and that it was a suite!

The sofa bed should be replaced. You can feel the springs!

The location was great. Close to airports. And the neighborhood was immaculate. Perfect for walking my dogs. The hotel itself and my room were faultlessly clean. The room was large, cozy and comfortable. The staff was the best staff I’ve ever experienced anywhere, including the cleaning crew, and the staff that provided breakfast. The front desk staff helped me with a number of time sensitive issues that I could not have handled on my own. I am so grateful, and I will always remember this is one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

I suppose I was looking forward to a restaurant, but the breakfast that was served and the incidentals shop really covered all my needs.

Asked for N early check in. Di not recieve. Arrived at hotel at 12am then went to NYC. When arrived back at hotel around 6pm. We were not able to check into our room because there was a “water issue@. Waited patiently for over two hours. The hotel owner, manager and front desk were not accommodating at all only offering us water or coffee. No apology. No offer to help find another accommodation. No comp night until the next morning when I demanded they make it right. By the time we got into our room we didn’t even have time to u wind because we were so tired. We literally went right to bed.
