The staff are somewhat disconnected. Gather it’s from the a shortage of staff.

Great location…bugs were hiding.
Typical corporate love. You can see it in the building structure, maintenance…attitude of the employees. I missed my gov luv.

The location was great. It is close to many stores and restaurants.
The staff was not rude but not welcoming either. I felt tolerated instead of wanted. I also would have preferred a room on the first floor. I have 3 children and one of which has difficulty walking long distances.
