Location is tops. The sunset is incredible. Each room has has an oceanside deck. Awesome! For a 60's era, exterior corridor motel, it's a well kept property.
The continental breakfast is light. Small with good fruit. A toaster would be nice. Oatmeal was good.

Location
Maybe because we were first timers our rooms were down at the far end so we had a different view of the sunset and more stairs to step down to get to the to the beach. I would ask for a room closer to the office next time.

The room was basic. Good sized TV. Right on the beach. Great if traveling with pets. Beautiful sunset.

This property is ON the beach . So wonderful to walk the beach and watch the sun set.
The property is in VERY poor shape. Nothing modern. The linens were so small they didn’t tuck in at the sides. There was no info how to use the TV which always defaulted to ROKU which needed an account. No air, wall heater. Just basically run down.
