The room was very clean, and well maintained. The shower was excellent. The lobby was setup for breakfast, but nothing was prepared.
“The bathroom sink faucet produced barely any running water, making basic use difficult. The hotel wash cloths were extremely rough—almost abrasive—feeling more like steel wool against my neck and back. There was no softness to them at all. The bath towels were acceptable, but the wash cloth quality and the lack of proper water flow were very disappointing.”

The room was nice
The lady at the front desk was rude, could definitely use a course in customer service. No smile, no greeting, no directions to our rooms or ice machine, no mention of breakfast or times (I found the breakfast location shortly before closing but my travel mates missed it)

Nice rooms!
Didn’t have deposit in policy! And housekeeping knocked and came back 20 MINUTES LATER and just opened the door!
