Beautifully decorated and honored the history of Williamsport. Much more interesting than cookie- cutter hotels. Great value. Liked the morning texts to see if I needed housekeeping.likes not needing a room key; push button entrance was nice. GREAT shower! Liked the smaller but high windows- total privacy but enough light to see to the bathroom, and to wake up naturally.
Rm 105- would have preferred to have the microwave in my room vs. the lobby. Need hooks in the bathroom to hang towels( perhaps move the picture to the blank wall by the toilet and place some hooks on that wall).

We drive by Williamsport several times a year. This time, we needed to stop for the night and decided to book the City Hall Grand Hotel because it looked interesting and different. I am so glad we did! Very unique rooms with history all around! Also, modern bathroom... All was clean and comfortable. Restaurant and pub on the lower level a definite bonus as we arrived later in the evening. There were also lounges available within the hotel. Williamsport proved to be a walkable little city with plenty of tree-lined sidewalks, coffee and book shops, and unique stores, murals, and historical markers.

The suite was nice. Both rooms clean and housekeeping was attentive.
The room at 102 was not convenient. The bathroom door was not enough to close both toilet and shower stall. The shower stall had no door ( on its own) so water easily drips outside the shower stall.
If oneperson is using the toilet and another person is taking a shower, the sliding door only covers one area.
Best to have a separate door for toilet, keep the sliding door for the shower but shower stall should have its own door.
