I love the Roseloe. It is not fancy or high end, but comfortable, clean and convenient to the places I visit in the area. Also pet friendly.

I needed a location close to the Warm Springs Pools that was affordable and offered a kitchen so we could prepare food and avoid spending more on food during our trip. Roseloe was able to provide that and I was very happy.
The biggest issue was the people in the room next to us were making a lot of commotion during odd hours. We checked in after 7:30 pm and they were singing and having some kind of a church service which was fairly unpleasant. Then they woke us up at SEVEN in the MORNING with some bizarre Indian music on repeat. It was dreadful. I do not need people cutting into my sleep during a vacation. (however, this had nothing to do with the motel itself, of course)

The location of the hotel is great - it's only a few minutes from the hot springs baths and nearby lots of beautiful natural spots. We liked the rocking chairs in front of the room. It's clean, economical lodging in a gorgeous part of Virginia.
The bathroom is outdated, but it wasn't a big deal.

Clean but a bit shoddy.
Expensive for what was offered - over $100 for a $30 room. Did not respond to emails or they would have gotten a better review. All the beautiful landscaping was gone - the pussy willow, the weeping willow, the forsythia, the iris, the hedges, everything gone. Junk laying around, made me want to cry.
