Front desk manager (Lena, I think) was outstanding. Watched her handle a very difficult situation with grace and professionalism.

Not able to have breakfast due to fasting for doctor's appointment, but it smelled great.
Could not get TV to work initially and there was no instruction/information regarding its operation in the room, Could not get dial tone on phone to call for maintenance. Had to go back to reception to request assistance.

Location
Rooms felt damp - maybe because Houston in the summer is so humid. But wasnt pleasant and A/C should dry the atmosphere.
