Exceptional

Convenient to the highway and quiet at night. Clean and comfortable firm bed.

The shower pressure was kinda low but it did the trick. I'm a big guy so it was good.

The floor in the room was dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel came back black.

Malfunctioning door locked us inside our room. Safety Hazard. I want a refund.

I was told in an email that there was no breakfast because of Covid precautions. I like the location, but I won’t be revisiting because the customer service was awful.

On the 1st evening of my stay, the room door malfunctioned and locked us inside. It was a safety hazard. I told management; he didn’t believe me. He actually came to our room and locked himself inside. He had to call his wife to come let him out. I requested another room; he said he was fully booked and for me to call the office 24/7 when I wanted to leave and he would come open the door from the outside so we could exit. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. On the 3rd day, I had a scheduled appointment. I called the office to be let out of the hotel room I was locked in; no answer for several calls. Then the wife finally answers and said she’d be there when she could. I told her to hurry, I have an appointment. Needless to say, I was LATE to my appointment. 4th day, maintenance came and loudly worked (drill & hammer) on the hotel door for over an hour—as I laid in my bed trying to relax. I was on vacation. Then a couple hours later maintenance returned with the manager with his machine in hand to program the new door lock and 2 card keys for us—SO DISRUPTIVE & RUDE. I’m still laying in my bed trying to rest. The next day we go out, come back and the new card keys the manager gave us less than 24 hours ago didn’t work. We were now LOCKED OUT of the room I already paid for. I had to call the office AGAIN—this time to be let into my room. I had to wait for the manager to come let us in…I was rushing because I had to use the facilities to no avail; it was about 100 degrees outside and our arms were full of heavy things. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL STAY I’VEEVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I deserve a full refund.

There were a lot of men around the entrance when we arrived. And the room was ok but there were feces and tissue in the toilet. But the guy at the desk did come and clean it.

Location to where I needed to be for the weekend was perfect. Easy to get to and from. Staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were very spacious and well taken care of.

Check out time is 11 but keys were turned off by 9am so couldn't reenter room. Beds were just a little too firm for my liking. Phones in the room didn't work so wad unable to contact front desk or dial out

Host is rude as hell I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay here I booked a smoking room just to get here for them to tell me that they don’t have any room not cleaned yet come back at 3:00pm. I come back at 3:00pm he tells me no booking room available i requested a refund he gave me me two different numbers to try to get my refund & still couldn’t get it . couldn’t get an agent on the phone Ended up having to stay here but never again . Stains on towel stains on sheets HORRIBLE . Bed coming apart EVERYTHING rooms has a real bad smell STRONG CIGARETTE smell at that .

Disappointed, I’ve never had any trouble with any hotels before until now!!

It was close to where we wanted to go

No, coffee pot. It’s a room with kitchen no pans to cook or utensils. No soap to wash dishes if needed too. Dust hanging from edge of rail up by ceiling. Said breakfast, but no breakfast. When checking in I told my 12 year old to tell everyone to stay out and the manager wanted to know what I said and asking personal questions that wasn’t his business. My sons were on the balcony and one was on the phone talking to his girlfriend and he kept ushering them to go inside. He kept sitting by window watching the monitor and everyone the whole time. When packing up to leave he came out and accused us of doing drugs. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Efforts to consider what's behind a simple request would be great everything else is a thumbs up!

I treat myself to a special me time bath soak since where I live doesn't have a bathtub, just shower. The room felt and smelled nice and clean and they have excellent water pressure and temperature for my uninterrupted pampering. The vibes were friendly and the free self serve mango icees were a treat!

I asked for a couple of extra towels because usually these places have pretty thin towels and this place was not an exception. But my request was denied. I found out once I had already gotten up into the room and didn't feel up to insisting. My request was acknowledged, but their response was "You do realize this is not a jacuzzi right?" So they didn't really answer my question and I'm not accustomed to pushing on that stuff unfortunately so I just laughed it off and hoped they still gave me some extra towels up there. But no, no extra towels were provided. Though the towels provided were clean and orderly, they were barely enough for washing and drying at bath time and regular hand drying. Definitely not enough to soak up all of my bath time mess since usually the curtains as well are quite thin and can't contain the shower spray on top of my "oops I forgot something" trips out of the bathtub to retrieve forgotten item and back in again. Not a deal breaker but a little disappointed my much needed me time was hampered by worrying about where the puddle of water would be flowing to since I couldn't contain it with it already soaked towels I put down on the floor.

Convenience to my family's home. Clean except hardwood floors needed mopping big time

Place needs updating. Had kitchenette but nothing with it. Bathroom had no tissues, had to ask for more toilet paper . AC took a long time to cool room off

N/A on the breakfast, but it wasn’t necessary…

The day receptionist didn’t have to “BAM” on the door for checkout time. As a frequent customer of this facility for some time now, I’m fully aware of the rules. And a quick phone call would have been great. All is forgiven.

I was very unsatisfied.

The convenience of the location in proximity to what we were traveling for.

The room had a foul (cigarette) odor. It wasn't the room I booked & management couldn't rectify the situation. The smell would not leave the room even after being sprayed with air freshener.

It was a good value located near the water park. My sons and I only needed a place to shower and sl.

The room was clean and the a/c worked. Internet connectivity was good. Beds were comfortable.

I booked a smoking room. When I arrived at check in, I was told there were no smoking rooms on-site. There was no breakfast offered and a sign in the lobby that prohibited taking breakfast outside of the lobby (I.e., to your room).

The location, also the room was a excellent size.

The elevator went out the night before we checked out, so that morning we had to carry all of luggage. This three flights of stairs and we are both disabled.
