Breakfast was amazing! So many fresh options and very friendly staff.
Our bed had a very uncomfortable side of it, like it was wore out on one side.

The breakfast was good - Mango slices, chocolate milk, oranges, Spunkmeyers cinnamon rolls! Lots of other options. Looked good when I got there a couple of hours after breakfast start time.
Location seemed a little desolate but not familiar with options in Coffeyville, KS. Was a stop on the way to somewhere else.
The tissue box was empty but I had my own. Also there was toilet paper. Not a big deal.

It was peaceful! It was clean.
The pool is not open and they advise it will no longer be a pool and it will be close indefinitely. The pool was one of the main reasons for picking the hotel

The place was overall great. Clean, modern, excellent breakfast. The cookies were a great touch.
I did not get the room I paid for, and apparently nothing could be done since I booked it through a 3rd party. It was very frustrating. I booked a double queen suite, and got a double queen with no couch bed. I was traveling with a total group of 5 so that wasn't enough beds.
