Excellent value! Exceptionally clean!

Everything was clean! Property was well lit and no people loitering around. Felt very safe there! If you’re going to nit-pick for things wrong, you can find a ding here and there. But to me that’s not important. Clean and safe is utmost importance! Everything was clean and fresh looking. The water park was a blast for my daughter & grand daughter! Great relaxing day away from the parks. Staff was very friendly and kind! Restaurants, Publix & Wawa very close. As far as the drive to Disney or Seaworld average was 20 min via toll roads. Longest was 30 min on a Friday night. Honestly has taken me longer to get to my hotel on Disney grounds. So if you’re looking for a clean, safe hotel that won’t take a second mortgage I highly recommend!

Really no complaints. If I had to pick a suggestion it would be that housekeeping brought clean towels instead of me going to get them. Couldn’t call because phone didn’t work. But it didn’t bother me nor will it deter me from staying again.

Goedkoop maar nooit meer.

De locatie is goed en de buitenzijde van het hotel oogt fris. De prijs is goed.

De kamers zijn gehorig en de koelkast en de airco maken een enorme herrie waar je wakker van ligt.

Volvere a alojarme en Marzo en el siguiente evento de trabajo. Muy satisfefecho, gente muy amable.

Proximidade dos parques (30 min de distância) Disney e Universal

Quarto com cheiro de mofo, travesseiros muito duros, a geladeira ficava fazendo um barulho durante a noite toda, o aquecedor/ ar condicionado do quarto ficava embaixo da janela que tinha uma cortina que atrapalhava a circulação do ar.

No pierdan su tiempo ni dinero acá.

Es un lugar de paso no para quedarse. Tuvimos inconvenientes y el personal no dio ninguna solución.

No hay restaurant en el hotel y publicitan su hotel cobrándote con desayuno incluido lo cual no corresponde. Hicimos el reclamo y no hicieron ningún tipo de descuento nada es una completa estafa.

Even though outdated, this was a comfortable stay for a last minute booking.

Great price and very close to the venue we were attending. Staff was super nice . If I had to choose an inexpensive place at short notice I would go here again.

Our room smelled like weed and was outdated.

This is a low budget hotel for families with a lot of kids. It reminded my of the movie Vacation.

The lady who checked me in was wonderful. The lobby was a little weird. It reminded me of rope lines at one of the parks. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was old and beat. the fixtures were corroded and the furniture, well I don't think Goodwill would take that old junk. The TV was a $99 24" model with a broken stand and burnt-out screen. The fridge was in dire need of defrosting.

It looked like they have been doing some upgrades.

The room smelled strange. The AC unit was old and very loud. There are two parts of the resort with other part having access to the waterpark.

Having meetings on Tuesday when lazy River was supposed to be open at 10:00 did not open until 12:00 and then turn around and had another meeting at 1:30 and closed the slides down again not good and pool was not open on time either they should have their meetings on Monday when the lazy Rivers turn down not on days that it's supposed to be open when it says 10 they should open at 10:00

Disappointing

Super close to stores and gas stations.

I wasn't a fan of the appearance inside or out. Upon first entry, there was a damp odor in the air that seemed to subside only when the air was on. I had no shower curtain in my bathroom. The keys were not working a lot of the time. One stopped completely. I was unaware that housekeeping only came per request, which I found odd. For nearly $200 for two nights, I couldn't access the water park. Oh well. It beats the streets.

Nothing. Place needs to be renovated asap. Its a shame how much they charge a night for this place. Better off going to the Motel 6.

Everything. Room smelled of mildew as soon as I opened the door. Sheets were stale. Bathroom water pressure was extremely poor and the nob was broke. Just run down and awful.

The pictures I'd seen weren't the same as the room I'd got.

The Check-in staff was friendly.

The room was dirty. carpet Filthy. Dead roach in the bathroom. Bed uncomfortable. Dingy cover on the bed. The toilet runs with loud sounds while your sleep. So glad We were there for two nights. We got in so late the first night was to tried to complain and got up early the next morning to adventure out. Would not recommend it to anyone for the cost and I would not be going back.

my stay at this hotel was overall crappy stay.

the pool was nice

the rooms were small the ac didn’t work very well. and when I first got there the tv didn’t work. if ur a slight bigger fella like myself it’s hard to close the bathroom door to have the privacy while using the toilet.

Price was good for a place to stay overnight.

Location was okay just tricky to get to. Entrance sign needs to be repainted and higher. Restaurant price showed 12.25 and I was charged 15.something. Over three dollars in tax??? I left my room about 5 in the morning so did not do breakfast.

TV listings would not come up and I had to keep going back thru each one. Very frustrating.

The convenience of the location

The street lighting was terrible and the entrance was not lit up. It took an hour to locate the hotel. Rooms are not serviced unless you ask. I was not aware of this policy.

Disappointing

Location close to Silver Spurs Arena.

When I reserved the room it was to include breakfast, but it was non existent. Roach in bathroom check in took longer than expected. Front desk said thatbBooking.com did not send my reservation to the hotel
