Excellent location. Very centric UTC Mall has great restaurants within walking distance.
It has been a long since I last stayed in a hotel room with such exceptional cleanliness. Very friendly housekeeping and front desk staff.
There was no real bacon or real eggs for breakfast.

The room was great and the fact there was a ceiling fan in the room just topped it off. The breakfast was amazing. Such a great variety to choose from.

The property was very clean and local to shops and restaurants. The room that we had was a suite and it was nice to have a kitchen in the room and a bedroom that shut off from the rest of the room.
We had a fire and it was an inconvenience for both us and the hotel as you can expect. The hotel handled it well and even put us in a suite on a different floor because our floor was where the fire happened. The problem was they couldn’t figure out how to turn off the loud fire alarms for 2 hours after the fire was put out and people were allowed back in.

Great location among plenty of shops and restaurants.
Ridiculous price per night based on what is on offer ans overall quality of hotel.
Despite telling us at checkout we had nothing to pay and have a nice day, the hotel then charged our credit card for "milk". We neither used any hotel milk nor bought any at the hotel during our 4 days. Despite writing to them 3 times, we got no response. Relatively small charge, but we really dislike hotels wrongly taking money and dislike it even more when they blank complaints. House keepign failed to come to the room at all one day. Breakfast choices were awful with no quality fresh cuts and cheeses and not even fresh eggs to be boiled, fried or poached.
