Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Good water pressure. The breakfast was better the 2nd day. It was a good stay. You are near a lot of stores to shop and about 7 miles from UTC mall. I would stay at this hotel again and again.
I didn't like the bedroom and living room was separated by a curtain. Wish the room side had a door...but it worked out.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was poor. The waffle making area was very untidy and covered in rubbish and neither of the machines cooked the mixture properly. All the cutlery was plastic and the majority of the plates and cups were one use,which is extremely disappointing for a chain this well known. Especially when we should be cutting back ok the amount of one use plastics.
There were no alternatives for the milk, I am dairy intolerant and have travelled a lot and would again expect from a well known chain for them to have some type of alternatives for people who have allergies.
A lot of the food was pre packaged and really not what I expect for a circa $400 a night hotel.
