Hotel is great most of the staff were helpful and nice. Close to everything. Very clean up to date.
Asked for a first floor room during booking and at check in and did not recieve one and the room we got was a ways from the elevator which was hard for my 82 year old grandmother to walk back and forth. Also, if there was ever an emergency she could not do the stairs. Also the day we checked out house keeping starting knocking before 10 telling us to get out when check out isn't until 11.

I always like the location close to the beach and Siesta Key Village
The hot tub was not in operation during my three day stay and my shower only provided cool water, I like my showers hot.

Easy parking outside the hotel. Free coffee in reception
Rooms are basic and didn’t really have that feeling clean about it. The maid only made one of the 2 beds in the room one day and emptied 1 of the 2 bins in the room and failed to clean the bathroom. If your on a budget this place is ok
