Everything - amazing vibe and view.
Don’t really understand punishing paying guests with an extra parking charge to ‘keep out the people in town who shouldn’t be parking here.’ Just issue a permit (like they already do). Hate surprise fees - lessens the experience.

New property with a beautiful backdrop. Pool is great and rooms lovely.
Check in staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Asked for a room to see the view and they complained it was going to be a lot of work for them.

Location
Reserved a King size bed, was told they were out when I checked in. Also power went out for 4 hours at night, no AC
