We were a family of four (teenagers aged 17 and 14) and stayed in Cottage 7. We really enjoyed our stay — the cottage was cosy, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and with two AC units and three ceiling fans, it was easy to keep the temperature comfortable.
Towels, soap, shampoo, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets were all provided, which was a nice touch.
The bedroom is in the attic, so you need to climb stairs and be careful with the low wall corners. I’m 5’9” and was fine, but taller guests may find this a little inconvenient. The common areas are lovely and feel both private and cosy.
The hot tub was definitely a highlight after a long day of hiking in Zion park — perfect for relaxing tired muscles with a great view.
Breakfast vouchers were included and could be used at either Oscar’s or Porter’s. We preferred Porter’s. The location is also very convenient, with a well-stocked supermarket literally across the street.
A couple of things could be improved: the living room AC ais quite old and noisy, and the shower head needs replacing as the water pressure was only just adequate.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean.
The bathtub could use some strips to make it not so slippery. You have to ask for a box of tissues and there was no body lotion.

Close to activities, clean and friendly staff
Power outage impacting my sleep as I needed to use my CPAP unit for sleep apnea. Back up battery would have been great!

Great breakfast at Oscar’s. Great location to market and shops. nice gathering area by fire pit.
There was no clothing storage available!! Needs a dresser in the room! ans we had signs where we were advised not to use coffeemaker while drying our hair. ugh
$$$$
