This was a beautiful property located in the hills. On the drive away from the home, we saw 20 deer in residential yards. It was the lower level of a family home that they have fixed up to be an apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, laundry facility, two bedrooms, living room, room, patio, and a full-size pool table. It was quiet and it was gorgeous! We woke up to find five deer in the backyard that we could look out sliding glass doors to see. The family lives upstairs, and they were quiet and did not bother us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location in the hills. The scenery was awesome and we saw wildlife everyday from our patio. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
The bed we slept in wasn't very comfortable but it wasn't the worst bed we've slept in either.

Lovely views, quiet location, and close to what we wanted to visit. Host communication was good and prompt.
Was unable to control the heating. The extra heater did not help much. One night was very cold for us!

Great swimming pool, amazing setting in the black hills, and absolutely everything we needed. Very well stocked and even had some bonus treats.
The pool cues at the house were mushroomed except for one.
