Great stay

Easy check-in & out, spacious & modern rooms. WiFi worked well. Nextdoor to coffee shop & gas station.

Not a big deal- but I had trouble figuring out the thermostat. I was cold most of the night.

Great Stay

I liked that when we came back to the room from breakfast and shopping. Housekeeping came and straightened our room, put extra towels without us having to ask. I like that!

Modern Design,Good Location, and we were able to link up with all of our streaming services on the TV so that was a plus. Overall the room was cozy, the bed was soft, good sized shower. The only thing wrong with the room is that it appeared as if someone threw a soda pop can up against the wall or slung it around the room. Because there were stains on a couple of walls. Im sure it just needs to be wiped down. It wasn’t enough to disturb our stay. Overall very satisfied. Thank You.

Love everything about this Wichita hotel, have stayed a few times

They could use an upgrade on Mattresses as they are not comfortable at all!

Very good, great staff, may be too hip for me.

The staff was very friendly.

No one was at the front desk for 15 minutes when I arrived. I was very tired from an 8 hour drive and needed a restroom badly, so not a good start.

Wonderful place to stay, very clean and affordable.

The bar was not open and this was one of the reasons we chose this place. We wanted a place to relax after our event and have some drinks and not have to drive anywhere so this was very disappointing.

Bed & linens were excellent

Coffee from lobby. Went to room and sat the cup down only to have it leak all over my items I had out. So i was going to make a cup in room but pot had missing part Told the front desk about leaky cup & so I wasn't charged for the missing piece. She tells me the regular cups are on back order and this has been a real issue. HELLO. GO BUY SOME OTHER CUPS UNTIL YOU GET YOUR BACK ORDER. Insane to know of this problem and not.fox it immediately.

well maintained, beautifully designed.

Door to shower so clean I didn’t see it until I ran into it. I suggest a decal or some decoration about eye level be put on them. Another family member did the same thing in their room. All the glass windows and doors in the lobby have a decoration across them to make sure they are noticed.

Would come back as a very nice hotel with nice, helpful people working there, just fix couple issues

Very nice looking property. Enjoyed the workout facilities with nice equipment. People were pleasant and helpful.

My refrigerator was not working. My access key did not work on the door by the pool so had to walk around the building to get in as the door bell did not work either.

Overpriced and no housekeeping during stay. This was a two-star hotel, at best. Wouldn't recommend.

Location was convenient for our purposes.

The overall atmosphere in lobby was chaotic and the bar/lounge was integrated with the whole lobby. Breakfast was a la carte and overpriced. Bagel was $4. Coffee cups were cheap and disintegrated spilling coffee out of bottom. Never got room service during 3 night stay. Had to call down for extra face cloths and a pillow. Pillows were deflated and had little stuffing in them. Our room overlooked the dirty roof of portal and construction site. Coffee was never replenished in the room. No kleenexes. Paid an average of $200 a night.

It was very nice, and clean, loved how the lobby looked and loved the walk in shower

I didn’t like how the room didn’t have a microwave in it, and I was sad that you had to pay for the breakfast, I didn’t know that till I got there
