Location
The smell, the ac was turned off when we got there and had to ask to turn it on which took HOURS to cool down from the sticky heat, ran out of coffee in the lobby, lights in room were inconvenient and insufficient lighting, shower drain was extremely slow.

Clean and comfortable
Was only there over night so really don't have any complaints but if I had 1 it would be the room I was in had a bright light from the parking lot shining in the room and the curtains weren't thick enough to make the room dark at bedtime .

The staff was amazing. They were very personable and always giving us recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast was good and the pool was very clean.
Just minor things. Our shower door leaked a little bit so we had to lay out a couple of towels for every shower. Not a big deal, but I felt bad wasting towels. Also our sofa bed had some stains on the mattress.
