Beach front location, jet tub, private balcony, easy parking
Coastal buildings become worn quickly and need frequent repairs. My bathroom tub could use painting and caulking repairs.

The Inn is in a great location close to beach and staff is friendly. The room was clean. Bed was comfy .
The visit started out great. (After we finally found our room ) But....
It was confusing to find our room. No map. We asked employees twice for location and both times they were either wrong or had no idea.
The restaurant was closed that day(no warning) and the hotel didn't have alot of snacks available on property. One of the reasons we stayed there was the "on property " restaurant and bar. Town was a let down also.
Staff also missed important details paid for in our reservation until next day and by that time we were ready to leave anyway due to obnoxious drinking neighbors who ruined our stay. The party was starting again the next afternoon when we returned from town....we decided to just go home.
Ultimately we left one day early.
REALLY disappointed with the fact that other visitors decided to be drunk and loud all night long! Especially since we were in the premium area and hoping for a cozy, quiet stay.
Also, this is a pet friendly hotel except for the premium rooms. Lots of barking dogs all around. Locked in cars, and running around the parking area. I love dogs, but at 4pm it was like walking across the lot of a puppy park not a high end hotel.
A little better leash manners would be great. And not using your car for a kennel....
