We spent a wonderful holiday at Stefanos house. Stefano is both very welcoming and helpful, and very responsive to any outreach. The house sits perfectly at the end of a road on a hill, with a beautiful view on the mountains and valley and the sea. It has everything you need on holiday: AC, dishwasher, big fridge, espresso machine, barbecue... Of course, we especially enjoyed the pool (the night lights were perfect for the kids to have a pool party :) ) and the table tennis. Both are in excellent condition. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardegna are very close and can be reached very easy within a 7-12 minute drive. We definitely plan to come back! Thanks again Stefano for hosting us.

Only positive things to say about both the property and the very nice owner, everything to our complete satisfaction and very smooth. The house and the area exceeded expectations, very quiet area and the beaches nearby are absolutely magical.

Stefano meets you at his villa and when you leave. He is very helpful and is the contact if you have any problems and provides very helpful local information. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor area has the most amazing view and the pool is wonderful. Outside area has dining table, coffee table with seating plus sofa and loungers. Table tennis and beach equipment there for your use. Parking available next to villa and is quiet as it is at end of the road. Glorious beaches within 5-10 min drive and others not much further. Small charge for parking at most beaches. Note - Sundays are busy on beaches! Shops and restaurants a short drive away. Full air conditioning. Note steps externally to villa and tight indoor spiral staircase may be an issue for some. Sleeps 7 but may be a bit busy if everyone wanted to be at the same place at the same time. We were a couple staying and it was perfect.
