Very clean, comfortable rooms and outstanding staff.

The staff was outstanding and accommodating. I requested a room at the back of the building, so the noise form Hwy 99 was not an issue at all. The room was exceptionally clean and was very comfortable. There was sufficient parking as well.

Best Lynnwood Inn is safe, clean and inexpensive. Will stay again.

Very easy to find. Nice, small, well kept place. My room was in the back so no road noise. Very friendly staff, clean room & reasonably priced. Breakfast was very nice (your basic continental breakfast fare). I will stay here again.

Clean comfortable accommodation at a reasonable rate.

Clean and comfortable room. Located a short drive from shopping and an assortment of nearby restaurants (Loved Sparta’s Pizza, just up the road). Wonderful friendly staff.

Some repairs to a damaged tub seemed to be in mid progress, but nothing that greatly detracted from our stay.

Very nice, very clean. Good price. Perfect for me.

Check-in clerk was very nice & helpful. Although I could see evidence of remodel, room was very clean, exceeded my expectations. Not that many places ro eat, but that was irrelevant to me as I was there on business & location of hotel was perfect for me.

Nothing. They could use a new street sign. Current one is old & doesn't do the hotel justice. Hotel is nicer than sign portrays.

Overall a great experience for the amount paid. Breakfast is solid, walls are a bit thin though.

The location is in a good central location for my needs. It can be a bit difficult to get in and out of the lot onto the highway of course. Everything runs smoothly there.

Breakfast was fine and does the job. Normally it would be nice to have something besides the frozen Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches as they are high in sodium and preservatives. There was a maid that walked in immediately after knocking and I was not prepared to even answer the door. I forgot to turn the lock and also I didn't have a do not disturb sign for my room. The walls are a bit thin and just someone watching TV can be easily heard. Getting a 2nd floor corner room is the best option.

Very basic amenities, but the property was clean and appeared to have been renovated recently. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Accommodations in the Seattle area are priced out of this world. This property was the only one with good value, for what we paid.

Wonderful little hidden gem!

Everything about this little hidden gem is likeable!! They were very accommodating to request for a 1st floor room following 13 hr. work days!

Only had 2 Disable parking spots.

Best deal in Lynnwood and friendly too

Very helpful and friendly woman at front desk (proprietor). Helped us multiple times, going out of her way to accommodate our unexpected needs, all with a smile. Breakfast was more than adequate, though nothing fancy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. WiFi was dependable. TV was very good. Lastly, the rates are very competitive!

Getting into the parking lot is awkward when coming from the north, as we almost collided with a truck coming out of 52nd Avenue onto 99. (Tip: give them the right of way!) The USB outlets on the bedside lamps didn't work, a non-issue as we had our own plugs.

The staff was super nice and i like felt at home

Not being able to stay longer wish they accepted housing voucher being im homless and have a voucher no one will accept

Very friendly, attentive staff; clean, comfortable rooms; and great location.

It was recently remodeled and refurbished. The owners turned it around from a hotel that the police visited often to a nice, clean hotel where anyone can be comfortable to stay. I love that!

They don’t currently offer coffee in the rooms, but they do have coffee with breakfast in the lobby and they are looking into coffee in the rooms in the future.
