Great stay! Wish the rooms had a couch like the kind size rooms do. But I know with 2 beds it can’t.

I don’t like been closed to elevators. I like room far away . I asked for that upper floor and far away from elevators but I was given a room in front of elevators

It was a very nice stay only stayed for 12 hours.

Missed breakfast, liked the amenities of the room

Was surprised with an extra $25 dollar fee when I got there after I had paid for the room weeks in advance they call it damage deposit WHAT! wasn't informed of that when I made the reservation it's suppose to be refundable it better be!

Will stay here again

Clean, accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful. Nice Breakfast. Would use this hotel again and recommend to others for this area.

Nice location with clean room!

. The breakfast was great as it isn't just a cold breakfast. It was a hot nice meal to start you day. The room was cleaned and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The only thing that I wish is the curtain in the room. There was no darken (thicker curtain above the heating/cooling system) instead it was the white sheer curtain which is not good to block the sun

Dog Smell

The room decor was nice. The hallway carpeting was pretty. The egg omelette was good.

The main reason I am giving the review I am giving is because of the dog policy. When we laid down on the bed, my husband could smell the dog from the previous occupants. We had to get a whole new comforter from the front office. It was bad enough for my husband to say that we will never book another Hampton Inn again and we didn't. When we came back through a city we had once stayed in a Hampton Inn, we chose to stay in another hotel just down the street. Until the policy is changed to allow no pets, we won't be back.

Disappointed in service, cleanliness, and overall condition of hotel; will stay elsewhere next visit

breakfast was marginal at best; powered eggs, dry bread for toast; watery juice; the best thing was the waffle mix and machine and the coffee

I was not told that we needed to request room cleaning when we checked in. That was for cleaning and for new towels the next day; When I questioned this the day attendant was rude. Also, there was no bath wash in the container in the shower and no complimentary lavatory lotions and such; the corners of the shower were filthy with orange grout; towel hook on bath door was missing and the one on the wall was pulling out; the carpets were fairly dirty. Very disappointed in the overall experience because I've stayed here twice before with little complaints.

wish they provided bus shuttle service in 5miles distance

We stayed in Hampton in Richardson for 9nights, today is our last day. Breakfast was OK. We are pure vegetarian, so cut fruits and cereal is the only option for 9 days. The hotel is really very clean. Afternoon receiptnist Dyln is a super helpful guy. I had really bad experience with morning receptionist I don't want to share her name but she was very rude and not at all helpful but luckily i tried to check with other receptionist and he really helped us and from last four day stay is much comfortable. 9 days continued. Staying in a small room for international travelers is hard, but the hotel is really clean, so we were ok. The water filter and washer dryer are also good facilities provided by the hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel again for couple of days, but not for more days.

They are not cleaning the room every day, we have to request before 9 am for cleaning the room. I wish all staff of the front desk receptionist should be kind like Dyln.

Very good

Average breakfast and location is not too far from Cityline and the highway. Hotel was clean and it was fairly quite throughout the night. The layout of the room.

Fresh towels can be offered daily at least. The night staff was off doing something instead of being at the counter when guess arrive after the doors lock. Waited for like 5 minutes for someone to realize that I was trying to enter the building to check in.

my stay was pleasurable however my room was not up to par.

great location. breakfast was great. lobby and entrance is beautiful.

the bath room has floating walls installed and there’s visible writing in between each shelf. there was also an large hole underneath the bathroom sink. the entry light also did not work.

Pleasant

Breakfast was good; no complaints with it. Had waffle and cheese omelet. Had access to many foods and drink. Dining area was clean and welcoming.

Hallway on my floor was dirty from construction/repairs. One hall door to mechanical closet/electrical chase was open the entire time. very messy.

Food, location, beds, cleanliness, and gym was great. Courtesy front desk and service staff.

Open curtains - prefer blackout curtains. The thin sheer curtain left me feel exposed and being a solo traveler, I didn't like that, plus it times I would to sleep in and couldn't due to the sun beaming on the room.
