Very satisfied

We just stayed for a night so did not have much time to use the facilities and eat breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was nice too :)

Exceptional

The reception staff made me want to come back and stay here again, ask for anything and they go above and beyond. I wish I had grabbed their name because I wanted to include it here!

what I didn’t like was the fact that we were not allowed to have breakfast because we “booked through a third party”

Hotel was very nice and staff very helpful.

Paid $40 extra to have breakfast included, and mistakenly thought it covered both mornings of my stay.

Comfortable, just not walkable.

It was comfortable and the shuttle was convenient

The sewage smell in the bathroom. The women at the counter could work on her communication skills, not very friendly. The location was not convenient for late arriving guest. Everything was closed or too far to walk to.

Great Hotel worst Front lady

The hotel is modern clean and close to restaurants. The beds and the bathrooms were super nice.

The lady at the reception- worst person - Sheraton please have her removed. We stayed here twice - one time each going and coming from our vacation. Each time this lady just starts it off horribly. Anyone else will be better I feel - worst attitude, and rude!

Unexpected layover due to flight delays but I got a good night’s sleep here and carried on the next day!

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Free airport shuttle.

No complimentary breakfast.

Stopover rest

A stop over after our flight from New York, nice pleasant hotel, friendly staff and comfortable bed with spacious room, coffee machine in room, which was a nice surprise

The whole room is clear.

I don't receive the receipt and deposit until now. I guess maybe they made something wrong ? But when I try to connect them ,I don't know how can I do that?

Good stay for a night while stranded at DFW.

I got stranded at DFW after a flight from Europe. I picked this hotel as a place to stay over night rather than waiting for long, long time that American would have taken to get me a room. Check-in was efficient. The room and sleep were just what I needed.

I thought the breakfast service was indifferent, and I was unable to figure out whether breakfast was included in my stay.

What I loved about four points

The bed was like I was at home. Overall the room was so cozy

The only thing I didn't like was that the staff laundry room was across from my room.

Everything was good - not great but better than average.

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was good. Housekeeping excellent. Staff friendly.

Need laundry facilities on site. Pool could have been cleaner. Pool furniture not in working order.
