EASY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN

Just the location.

The bed sheets were dirty. We checked in and my wife got a reaction from the sheets. They were dirty and staff didn’t want to change them. They did move us to another room but that was a big inconvenience.

Overall I would stay there again.

I thought my room was very comfortable and housekeeping was provided at my request. I was originally put on a floor without an ice maker and the staff changed the room for me.

The chips at happy hour were stale. I stayed 2 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same. Variety would have been nice.

It met our requirement of being near the airport.

The room was big. The bed was comfortable.

There was no black out window treatment, merely a blind which let in light. The bed is positioned very close to the window. The corner of the bed frame sticks out and poses a hazard as you make your way into bed.

Nice stay close to Austin airport

clean, quite, and comfortable room. Breakfast was good.

shower water pressure is weak and the water temperature does not go beyond warm, I prefer a hot shower rather then a Luke warm one.

4.5 miles away from Congress Ave to shop and eat

the layout of the room was functional & good size suite with kitchenette. The bed and pillows are comfy. the front desk were friendly . free parking & dog friendly

close to both airport and downtown. friendly staff and has a nice pool

terrible breakfast for anyone with allergies. every single thing had egg attached. pool not heated so couldn’t use in November. we had a lamp tht did not work and there was blood spots all over our bathroom bin.

Pool with waterfall save the stay. Staff very professional and friendly.

sheets only change every 3 days. bathroom door would not close. had to push room door close to get it to close correctly. vanity light in restroom did not work.

Good coffee, nice breakfast, clean room and a responsive staff when there are problems.

Comfortable and clean rooms, good coffee and breakfast choices except for one day when restocking coffee and breakfast stuff was delayed. The staff responded quickly and effectively when we had trouble with the AC controls.

Traffic noise, problems with AC control (later remedied by hotel staff guidance).

Nice, but could have been better.

Minutes from the airport, yet very quiet inside my room. Hotel is walking distance from a couple of good restaurants (plus some really interesting food trucks...). Huge, clean, comfortable suite/room. Free breakfast was good, diverse and filling, although nothing special. Pool is quite nice, with a cool little waterfall feature.

No airport shuttle! Not really sure how you can call yourself an "airport hotel" and not offer one. Most frustrating, there was a perfectly good shuttle van sitting (just sitting) in the parking lot. Also, the business center had two nice, new computers - neither of which worked. "Someone is supposed to come look at them soon..." Lastly (I'm whining now...), none of the back/side doors worked for re-entry from the pool or parking lot - the room key sensors were all broken. Had to walk all the way around the building to the front door to get back in from the pool. :(
