Customer service was excellent. I liked the daily text messages asking if I needed anything or just asking about my stay. They were on top of things!
One elevator wasn’t working when we checked in. It was fixed the next day but made me hesitant to get on it.

The set up of the room.
The ac did not work in the bedroom. I asked if there would be a discount and no one got back to me.
