Carol was an absolute delight! Me and my wife came down for breakfast and she met us with a smiling face and true hospitality. She was so helpful with ordering food and kept our coffee and drinks full the entire time. She also walked out to the parking lot when we checked out and her shift was over and made a point to speak to my wife and wish us safe travels back home. What a truly amazing and caring person. It’s just great to see and meet people like her.

Cleanliness
I felt the carpet in our room needed to be replaced it looked a bit aged and not as clean as it should for a Hilton Hotel and the carpet in our room before was much nicer. Everything was great but I do feel the carpet in our room this stay room 310 needs to be replaced as it looked aged and not as clean as I’m use to at a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise everything was great.
