The air-conditioned modern furnished villa has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living room with fireplace and TV. All bedrooms are fully equipped with their own TV. The kitchen is also well equipped. The villa also includes two bathrooms with hairdryer, towels, bidet and shower. Great villa. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were so comfortable, showers excellent. Views were stunning from the terrace and the hot tub was great. The property is a little out of the way and taxis were not easy to come by or were very expensive. There is a great, simple restaurant (beach bar) about 20 minutes walk away and Cassibile has a few restaurants about 30 minutes walk. There are also a few trains per day into Syracusa from a station 20 minutes walk away and you can buy a ticket on the train. A car is definitely needed. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen a few nights and there are large supermarkets in nearby Avola including a Lidl. Highly recommended would definitely return.

Perfect place to have a relaxing beach holiday. Property is right on a fantastic beach and the jacuzzi is a wonderful bonus! Whole family really enjoyed it!

We had a delightful 10-day stay in May. The location is great and the view is wonderful. The house is roomy, well furnished and equipped as described and more. Savored our morning espressos and breakfasts on the terrace. Just had a fantastic time!

I have been a regular visitor to Fontane Bianche for more than 10 years now and I can accurately say that this is by far the best accommodation I have ever found. Not only is the location idyllic, but the quality, finish, furnishings and equipment of this recently refurbished villa are excellent and the owners and agent understand the importance of quality service for guests. The jacuzzi is a genius idea and we loved being away from the hubub of the beach while still enjoying the stunning view of the sea and the cove. Now this will be our go-to place to stay in FB after a very long quest! Thank you Filomena and Signora Nuccia!

Everything was wonderful for our family of 3 generations for the holiday. Access to the beach was a bit tricky for grandparents at first but we all learned. The house was perfect and we will come again.

Lovely beach-side villa
Our stay at the villa was fantastic, the location is great - overlooking Fontane Bianchi beach with very easy access. The terrace was realy well equipped with loungers, dining table and hot tub (fun!). The whole place was clean, uncluttered and comfortable, contemporary and airy. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay and enjoy all the facilities and local bars/restaurants. Easy to get to Syracusa, Modica and Noto plus lots of other gorgeous towns in the area.
Wonderful hoiday and would love to return.

Great family vacation spot on the beach.
The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Great spot on the beach, just walk out the gate. Great set up with hoses and shower when returning from beach. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Terrace was a great place for meals and jabbing out. Easy access to restaurants (highly recommend Capaninna for pizza and pasta dishes), gelateria, and small grocery. All capped with a dip in the hot tub in the evening.

Kleinod an der Ostküste Siziliens
Wir (2 Personen) waren im Mai eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus, das sowohl neu- wie auch hochwertig (z.B. elektrische Rolläden, Lichtschalter mit Bewegungsmelder im Gang) ausgestattet ist. Die Terrasse (mit dem tollen Whirlpool) ist einfach nur ein Traum- man hat auch immer irgendwo ein Plätzchen im Schatten. Toll ist der direkte Zugang über ein paar Steine zu dem - zumindest in der Vorsaison -sehr ruhigen und schönen Strand. Es gibt dort auch mehrere Strandbars, die wir gerne besucht haben.
Filomena hat sich bereits im Vorfeld bei uns gemeldet, die Übergabe klappte perfekt und sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Etwaige Wünsche (so benötigten wir die Bettwäsche für das zweite Schlafzimmer, da nur eines bezogen war) wurden schnellstmöglich erfüllt.
Der Ort ist klein, hat aber Alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt Bäckerei…) Eine sehr gute Pizzeria ist fußläufig nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Wir haben uns dort sehr gut erholt - der Abschied fiel uns wahnsinnig schwer. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber selten so ein perfektes Haus (sowohl was Ausstattung, Lage und Sauberkeit betrifft) vorgefunden.
Wir würden deshalb sehr gerne wieder wiederkommen!

Dejligt hus og have
Hus og have er perfekt. Udsigten over havet er fantastisk. Her er alt hvad man skal bruge til en dejlig ferie ved havet. Alt er velholdt og rent. Det bedste hus vi har haft på Sicilien, og vi har været er en del gange efterhånden. I Fontane Bianche var der vist ikke gjort klar til sæsonen endnu. Der var der meget affald i gaderne og på standen og ikke særlig pænt.

Maison avec vue superbe, très bien équipée
L'atout majeur de la maison est l'accès direct à la plage, la vue sur la mer et la clarté. Nous avons séjourné fin octobre, avec une météo exécrable (inondations à Catane d'ailleurs), nous pouvions au moins voir les surfeurs sur les vagues, tout en étant bien abrités dans la maison...Tout est moderne, bien équipé et très propre; le wifi marche très bien; le jacuzzi est très agréable; il y a même un poêle à granulés de bois qui rend l'atmosphère très cosy; nous avons parfaitement été accueilli par une dame à notre arrivée.
Attention la TV n'est qu'en italien ou en allemand et le portail pour entrer la voiture est assez étroit.

Die Lage könnte nicht näher am Strand sein. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Meeresbrise
Die Kommunikation mit Filomena hat schon im Vorfeld sehr gut funktioniert. Als wir angekommen sind - sehr spät - hat uns Nuccia sehr herzlich empfangen und alles erklärt.
Es wurde von Filomena und Nuccia auf alle unsere Wünsche schnell und problemlos eingegangen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und 2 Badezimmern. 2 gosse Kühlschränke.... alles war dabei.
Das Haus steht in einem sehr ruhigem Ort Fontane Bianche. Direkt am Meer!!! Wir haben 24 Stunden das Meeresrauschen geniessen können. Von der Terrasse könnte ich früh am Morgen den Sonnenaufgang begrüssen und spät am Abend wie der Vollmond sich im Meer spiegelt betrachten. Die Terasse ist sehr gross, mit mehreren liegen, so dass wir fast den ganzen Tag auf der Terasse die Zeit beim Lesen und entspannen verbringen konnten. Direkt von der Terasse gibt es Zugang zum Strand.
Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. In den Nachbarsorten Avola und Casibille gibt es ein paar schöne Restaurants. Durch die kleine Bucht, in der das Haus steht, war das Meer sehr ruhig. Ende September ist das Wetter optimal gewesen: Lufttemperatur + 29°, Wassetemperatur +26° ! Einfach herrlich. Ein besonderes Augenmerk möchte ich dem Garten widmen. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll und mit Geschmack angelegt. Im Garten sind sehr viele Vögel, die uns zusammen mit dem Meer jeden morgen begrüsst haben. Vor dem Haus gibt es mehrere Parkplätze.
Zusammenfassend: ein sehr schönes Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und sich vom Stress der Zivilisation zu erholen.
Wir würden gerne zur Filomena nach Fontane Bianche noch mal kommen.

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber. Modernste Ausstattung. Den Whirlpool haben wir wirklich sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist hervorragend. Einfach kurz von der Terrasse ans Meer. Besser geht nicht. Fantastisch. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub haben möchte. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Lage der Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar Fliegengitter und Jalousien vor den Fenstern. Super ist die gut ausgestattete große Terasse mit dem Blick auf das Meer. Durch eine Pforte gelangt man direkt auf den Strand. Am Eingang der Pforte gibt es einen Wasserschlauch, mit dem man sich direkt die Füße sauber machen kann, weiter oben ist dann die Dusche und daneben der Whirlpool. Wenige Meter entfernt ist ein gut sortierter kleiner Supermarkt und eine gute Pizzeria. Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet um Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa und Modica zu erkunden. Ein Mietwagen ist in jedem Fall nötig. Ich würde dort in jedem Fall wieder meinen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank Filomena!

Prima schone woning direct aan het strand. Ruime kamers. De oprit is erg smal dus niet een te brede auto huren zou ik zeggen. In het plaatsje zelf is niet veel loos dus wel meer voor rustzoekers.

1 week August break in Fontane Bianche
This is a great rental option. Apartment is very clean, spacious and well stocked with useful/good quality kitchenware. Very large open terrace with great sea views. Direct access to a beautiful beach and restaurant, bar and beach club options very close. Be warned though that Fontane Bianche beach gets very busy in August! Best to set up the beach umbrella early.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette maison. Propre, bien équipée, tout confort et au bord de la plage qui est très agréable aussi ! Tout est fourni et l’accueil est agréable. Malgré le cadre superbe, rien a pied en octobre, il faut prendre la voiture. Dommage. Mais milles merci pour ces vacances.

Haus und Grundstück waren angenehm gestaltet und gepflegt.
Die Lage direkt am Strand war absolut großartig, genügend Liegestühle und Sitzplätze auf der geräumigen Terrasse vorhanden.
Einrichtung vom Bett (weich) bis zur Küche modern und bequem.
Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen waren sehr willkommen, die Bäder geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
Die Einfahrt ist allerdings definitv nur für Kleinwagen konzipiert, für etwas größere Modelle gibt es (nur wenige Grundstücke vorher) zwischen den Häusern einen sonnengeschützten, kleinen öffentlichen Parkplatz.

La casa è totalmente rinnovata con mobili e finiture di qualità. È poi fornita di qualunque cosa possa servire per il soggiorno: sia per la casa che per la vita in spiaggia. La posizione è davvero meravigliosa, forse ancora più di quanto si possa immaginare dalle foto. Il terrazzo è attrezzato sia per mangiare che per prendere il sole (anche in questo caso è tutto nuovo). Ciliegina sulla torta l’idromassaggio sul terrazzo. Insomma ... non potevamo aspettarci nulla di meglio.
