Everyone was courteous and kind. Nice clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoy it.
Just one small detail the shower curtain rod in our room 359 was not properly installed and we had problems keeping the curtain closed on both side.

Elevators need to be fixed not just for us as customers but for staff to have access to clean facilities.

I guess the price.
We paid for 4 days 3 nights, both our keys were demagnitized late the 2nd night in. We had to walk all around the building to get them magnatized again. We know about the cell phones and we did NOT have them near our phones at all. What a coincidence both weren't working. Then by the 2nd night the ac wasn't working. Ugh hot air. We let front desk know, they were supposed to get on it and by the time we got back to the room it still wasn't working. We had to change rooms which was great but when you have to repack everything, that's inconvenient. Breakfast was OK. No tortillas available after we were told they would be the following day. And we did ask.
