Upon check in we could not check into our room because the computer sytstem was down. It remained down for over three hours. We left and went sight seeing to kill time. When we returned the system was just getting back up. Ryan at the front desk and the female associate assisting him were both very apologetic and professional. Once we were checked in our stay was perfect. The facility was very clean and the entire staff were very friendly and kind. 10/10
I felt that the hotel did not provide adequate IT support for their staff, making it difficult for them to check guests in for over three hours. It put the staff in a bad position and it was really not their fault. The staff did an excellent job managing the facilities overall but Hilton needs to invest in better tech support or a newer front desk system for their agents.

The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly. Aldo the desk personnel were efficient and friendly.
We stayed 2 nights. We were shocked our room was not cleaned during our stay. No fresh towels…bed unmade.
The food was mediocre at best. Those premade egg things😬
