Deja a deber algunas cosas

Las instalaciones, limpieza y trato de la recepcionista nos gustó y nos hizo sentir muy bien la ubicación del hotel excelente!!

Que no cuenta con alberca, llegamos con niños en las dos habitaciones que rente con la idea de disfrutar la alberca y nos encontramos con la mala experiencia que no estaba habilitada. El desayuno también deja que desear mucho, esta muy limitado para el costo de la noche.

La ubicación y el espacio amplio de la habitación

La puerta en mal estado, que le tuve que meter una bolsa de plástico para evitar ser espiados, pues hoy en día no podemos confiar, la actitud de la recepcionista de la noche que llegamos, no había botones y le pedí el carrito para el equipaje, batallé para sacarlo y no se ofreció ni siquiera a abrirme la puerta, el desayuno tan básico, solo pan, café, jugo, fruta muy madura, Wafles SIN mermelada, muy muy básico ADJUNTO IMÁGENES DE LA PUERTA

We were not very satisfied with the hotel.

Location

The outside was not very well maintained. The beds were very high and we had to keep asking for washcloths. Also, we were told we could not stay in dining area past 9:00am. to finish eating or visit with other guests.

the curtains didn’t close by design. room was right next door to a gas station with 1000 super bright lights. room couldn’t be dark. you could read in there

Pleasant

The room has necessary facilities and furniture. The staff was friendly. The room temperature was warm. Breakfast is basic and simple. Many restaurants and gas stations are nearby.

The elevator was down when I checked in. There is a blood stain on one of the pillows. Around 3 am, there was female sound of groan from another room. Someone had XXX. The room is not soundproofed!

Regret staying here

The hotel needs lots of repairs. Honestly not worth staying here bed is old everthing in the room is oudated. Its feels like a motel for truckers. Pool is literally swamp water. Dont bring your family here. Like i said just pay a bit more for comfort and cleanliness.

kind of new not gross just felt like a I was staying at my 21 year old sons place

the desk agents were kind professional and helpful

location kind of recently remodeled not nasty or gross but the poor construction makes it look bad. New counters, new floors and painted walls but no usb fixtures and the tv stand had a huge hole in don’t know the reason no rack in the closet no were to hang the clothes. chairs we decades old

overall my stay was very comfortable, clean and affordable! would definitely recommend!

I liked that I was able to get a room that had 2 king beds but was pretty much was 2 rooms in one! there was a wall/door separating the beds and I loved that!

I disliked that the lights did flicker twice like if their breaker was having issues but didn’t fulling go out. I also was upset that their pool was closed which wasn’t their fault but still saddened by it lol.

would have made the perfect trip if pool would have been opened in this hot weather for the kids

the lady at front desk. super nice and friendly

the pool was closed. didn’t specify on line it would be closed when I booked. had planned one entire pool day with the kids even went and bought new swimsuits for nothing. also didn’t like there was a hole in the roof with towels on the floor as well as a bucket for water

Nothing really, I was very disappointed with this hotel.

To begin, this is an old building and my room had an old and musky odor. There was no tissue paper (I asked for one and was told they didn't have any, huh? ) A light bulb from the bathroom was blown out, the curtains were falling down and carpets were smelly and threads were showing because of usage! I reported this to housekeeping attendant but nothing during my two day stay. I selected this hotel because of the economy value, but I had better luck in much less expensive hotels. I don't think I will ever stay at SureStay hotels - left a bad taste!!
