I had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at Residence Vaclavska. Great location - walking distance from the old town, which was very nice after a long day exploring the city, and close to supermarkets and cute cafés for food. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities provided were excellent, including a hanger to dry clothes, plenty of toiletries stocked (included detergent and laundry tablets), kitchenware etc. - just as the photos show. I also appreciated how spacious the room and bed were.
Sometimes there was noise on the streets at night, but it was alright when the windows were closed (they were double windows, which made it soundproof).

The location was great and the place had every facility I might’ve needed, including a fan, which was invaluable given the hot weather. The bed was comfy, the windows opened wide, there’s a garden, the shower was good.
If I had to nitpick, a tv with streaming services would’ve been nice. I didn’t mind at all because I was busy soaking Prague up, but if I was staying longer it would have been appreciated as most the channels it had were in languages I can’t speak

The room was well equipped and clean, it was easy enough to get public transport to the centre. Quite location and staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was absolutely boiling hot upon arrival and we ended up having the leave the windows open the whole stay because the room didn't cool down despite turning off the radiators and being unable to locate central heating in the room. This was in February too! The double bed had 2 separate duvet but they were extremely small and only just cover you. There were also no glasses for drinking juice or water.
