They are renovating this hotel and their cabins. We stayed in a cabin. It was very nicely done. The location is also very convenient to things to do around the area.
The approach to the office didn't instill confidence. There is some work needed on the outside ant it could use a coat of paint. There were a couple of bugs that still needed to be worked out on the renovations.

Honestly, I absolutely loved everything about the room, restaurant, food, the property. I will definitely visit again in the future.
I have zero complaints.

Everything was well designed, well managed, and quality products and decorations.
Food was great.
Super clean and extremely knowledgeable and polite staff.
The only negative is we live 1800 miles away. We would be there often if possible.
Great experience!!!

It was in a convenient location.
Kind of dirty. My girlfriend is Latina, and to be honest, a few staff members were subtly racist. Kind of ridiculous. We didn’t get a non European descent discount. Very disappointing. People in that geographical region depend on tourism to keep their economy running. Not good “ business sense.”No housekeeping service unless you stay over a week. And the pool was filthy, outdated and the heater was “ being worked on.” No apology, nothing. I certainly wouldn’t go back, and definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Booking.Com should either address the issues with staff, or discontinue their arrangement with the facility.
