So refreshing to have a beautiful hotel with every detail polished! The staff was incredibly kind and our room was outstanding! Cannot wait for my next visit to NYC to stay at my new favorite hotel!

Decor and location were excellent . The room very comfortable.
I had to ask several times for a bed to be put in our room for our grown up daughter, even though I confirmed the booking was for three people prior to arrival . I found that the staff were ok , not great . I just felt their service was perfunctory and not the standard expected . Breakfast was again just ok . It could be so much better . Three people on a table designed for two is eminently unsuitable, especially when staff were so slow at removing dirty plates . Also the pastry and bread choices were very limited. Absolutely not value for money . Poor.
