No booking guarantees

The size of the room and the comfort.

I booked through booking.com and was paid prior to our stay. The hotel gave our suite to someone else, and we were downgraded. They stated they can not reimburse due to using booking.com. So we paid double the price and got standard accommodations.

Nice hotel, but unhelpful staff late at night when trying to obtain a room.

Location was ideal my room was quiet and bed was comfortable. There was a hair in the bed sheets but otherwise clean! Breakfast was adequate I liked the mini waffles and fresh fruit. Coffee was good.

The night staff. When I went to ask for a room the night clerk (Sarah) said none available, they were sold out. I went to my car & got on booking dot com. There were several rooms available. I booked the room for $196. I went back in and the night clerk then apologized and said the manager had told her they were booked. Never offered any compensation but apologized again said the Mngr had said no rooms, then after processing my payment she said that actually she had over heard her manager telling someone else they were full! Next morning I heard the morning desk clerk say the room I stayed in was $146. So I’m unhappy I had to pay $50 extra, due to night clerk not being informed or taking time to actually check.

Very nice place to stay and eat if you like to go to a casino

Clean Quiet Comfortable Pet Friendly and has a casino with a restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Has a good smell to it. Also serves a breakfast. Outside when I was walking the dog is maintain well.

The pet fee is higher than most.

I can’t stand down pillows and that was all that were available in the room. Would’ve preferred a mixture so I could choose which to use.

Clean, affordable and great staff!

Very easy check-in! Double room was very clean! We were there for enrollment at Pittsburg State University and it was located close to the university. We will be staying there again!

we spent $200 for a room that was dirty , I would prefer a refund.

The hotel was a nice hotel. And I thought your staff was very friendly.

I attached three photos all under different labels, they were taken inside the room. We were offered me a free night, good to the end of the year. It is rare that we are in Pittsburg.

It was a delightful weekend!

Conveniently located, lists of room, and very friendly staff

My room, despite being on the opposite end of the casino, smelled like smoke all day and night. I don’t have allergies, but it was a bit overwhelming.

breakfast was not good. staff were slow at keeping everything stocked. the last 2 weekends we stayed were like that. lady working the breakfast area proceeded to tell us she had a cold and wasn't felling well. when you're dealing with food... probably should stay home if you're sick. isn't that what everyone said to do this last 3 years. felt bad for her but she shouldn't be dealing with good if sick.

Highly recommend.. we stayed here for a local dance competition with a teenager. We felt 100% safe want

Excellent service starting at the moment we checked in . The room was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. Pool was clean and restaurant in building was excellent

People and staff are friendly

The room didn't smell clean. The bed seemed disheveled and was messy looking. Shower need a little more scrubbing. Saw some mold areas on the tile. just not normally how it is from previous stays.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

TV options were awful. Only 43 channels and some of those either did not work or did not have a strong enough signal. No channel guide, so you don't know what is on. Really pathetic.
