A true home base in Niwot — I've stayed here on multiple trips to Boulder and it never disappoints. The rustic log furniture and warm lighting make the rooms feel cozy without losing comfort, the beds are excellent, and the location gives easy access to Boulder while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Staff are consistently welcoming, which is a big part of why I keep coming back.
Honestly nothing comes to mind. It’s fantastic all around.

Very nice fresh breakfast, wine and cheese in the evening, teacups and tea laid out for bedtime, plenty of comfy spots to sit and chat or read- both inside and out- lovely staff, beautiful flower gardens.
One evening stuff did not leave out caffeinated coffee for the next morning. It was a bummer but not a deal breaker. I had an early morning meeting and by the time I came out, there was regular coffee available at breakfast.

A truly comfortable and well appointed room. I even had a heated toilet seat! Thats a first ever. I loved having tea and coffee available at all times and the cheese and wine was a delightful touch!
I really loved my stay here.
Hmmmm. If anything, i would have loved hot eggs for breakfast as a protein.
