Convenient location. The suite layout was nice.
The breakfast staff was apparently having issues on July 11. It was well past 7:30 before much of food was brought out. The eggs were cold.

I thought the property was very conveniently located the lobby and our room was very clean
there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I was in a handicap accessible room, and there were two things that I mentioned to the staff at the front desk, who are very kind the soap and the shampoo was on the back wall, and when a person is sitting on the bench in the rolling shower, they can’t reach behind them to get the soap in the shampoo that was one item the second item the bar in the bathroom by the toilet was a little loose, which is very scary for a person that needs to use that for support.

I believe we stayed here before but did not really like it then either. But, the receptionist staff are all right, check in was smooth. However, we requested foam pillows which were being placed in the room when we got there, just not on both beds! Good thing I brought my own pillow. The pool was a good size but there were only two towels when we went down to use both the pool and fitness center. Although the fitness center has some good machines and weights, a key machine was out of service. The room was spacious enough but the whole place needs updating and better beds as well as better lighting. The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants as well as the universities. All in all it was a pleasant stay, just not work the money.
The beds were really hard and although there were 2 foam pillows placed as requested, our whole family is allergic to down. We had 4 people staying in that room---good thing I had my own pillow. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything next door. I can't say there was much I didn't like, it just wasn't worth the money we spent.
