Geweldig appartement. 100 meter van de verzamelplek voor de skilessen! Service van Belvilla zelf is overigens heel slecht. Wij moesten volgens de map met informatie schade doorgeven aan Belvilla maar nergens een mailadres te vinden. Ook niet op hun website.

Een minpuntje toen we de sleutel hadden opgehaald kregen we een tas met beddengoed. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is fenomenaal. Anneke en Bep.

Een mooi appartement waar wij al vele jaren komen. Het is ruim, comfortabel, schoon en degelijk afgewerkt en het ligt in het centrum van Kaprun. Aan het instellen van de vloerverwarming moet je even wennen maar dat staat duidelijk op de schakelaars aangegeven... Er is zelfs een parkeergarage onder het gebouw maar je kunt ook gemakkelijk voor en naast het appartement parkeren. Een fijn appartement in een klein complex.

De ontvangst was zoals altijd vriendelijk en soepel. De accommodatie is keurig en alles wat er moet zijn is ook aanwezig. De omgeving is prachtig, het appartement is mooi centraal gelegen. Wij komen hier al vele jaren dus dat zegt genoeg.

Helaas zaten we in een renovatie van het huisje en sloopwerken van de overburen dus alleen maar herrie, stof en stank van 07.00 tot 19.00 uur. En dat in het hoogseizoen. ook we kregen het idee dat we in Dubai zaten, erg veel boerka. Totaal niet geschikt voor eclectische rolstoelen!

Onze aankomst was zeer vertraagd door slecht weer en vele files...Daardoor kwamen we pas om 21.00 uur aan! Het is daar dan al donker en wij wisten niet waar we heen moesten, mevr. vond het niet erg dat we te laat waren, maar nam niet de moeite om ons voor te rijden o.i.d, we kregen nog geen drinken na een reis van 16 uur! (erg onpersoonlijk) De accomodatie is goed en de ligging uitstekend!

Excellent. Getting the keys and linen was easy, on the route in to Kaprun. The apartment is easily located on the ground floor of the building within easy walking distance of the town and Lechnerberg beginner ski area. The property was great for us (4 adults and 2 kids) with a kitchen suitable for breakfasts and we ate out the other times (great restaurants throughout Kaprun.) The buses are fantastic and run regularly to the Glacier, Maiskogel and Zell and See. The heating in the apartment is sensitive and has great under floor heating, but takes a bit of fiddling to get the temperatures just right -) All in all, a great apartment in a beautiful town.

The apartment is nicely situated near the center of Kaprun. Everything you need in the apartment er.De ski is also nearby. Winter is Lechnerberg (beginner slopes) within walking distance. less than 5 minutes. Do you want the bus to a different track than the walking distance is also about 5 minutes.

By the setback due to traffic we arrived much later to the key holder. There was a neat letter with an apology that they had to go himself. Everything was ready and was a day later and the rest in order years.The apartment has pleased us, unfortunately there was a cosmetic element to an electrical outlet, during our stay, this is unfortunately not solved. further, it is a place to return conveniant

A beautiful house with stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn. The apartment looks neat. The free wifi is a nice touch (especially with modern children). We are well known in the near Kaprun, but had not yet made use of this property. With its central location in the village, an excellent stay without the hassle of crowds.
