The bathroom in the room I stayed in had a lot of chipping paint and didn’t get any room service to refill the shampoo bottle and restock the coffee packets.

Convenient location near railway station. Helpful staff. Included breakfast was good, with sausages, scrambled egg, yogurt, fruit juice, waffles, cereal etc. Very clean. Much more up to date fittings than another hotel I stayed in in the area.
Shower not hot enough.
In a hurry and exiting through a side door, the warning notice was unreadable, with a busy background, pale lettering and too many words. It needs to be concise, clear and readable.. ... Also, my key card to get back in didn't work. So, I managed to get over the metal railings (at about waist height) and drop down onto the sidewalk. .... As a senior, I'm slightly impressed I can still do that! 😃

It was clean and cozy
We specifically chose that hotel for the pool and it was closed on the second day.
