Owners need to drop $1,000 into unit to get back to decent/ marketable condition. - Milking it.

Good location and layout

Was not cleaned well (retainer and gum wrappers on the floor...). We stayed in same unit w/ friends a year ago, and scraped up walls in dining room/ kitchen are still scraped up and need drywall work and paint. Also the disgusting ottoman in the living room is still there and looking even worse (fake leather has pretty much all peeled off now, but plenty of dog hair on there!). Some base boards look as though dog has chewed on them! Master bedroom doorknob chewed on by a dog too!

We had a great stay.

Location was great and the property was great.

I got tagged for my parking in front of the unit. I was tired from our daily adventure, that I spaced off moving our vehicle. My bad. Got threatened with a possible towing , instead of a verbal warning with a knock on the door.

Exceptional

Beautiful place. Lots of room. Pleanty of kitchen utensils. I would stay again.

It could use some paint to cover past usage. A bulb needed replacing. Nothing that would cause a "deal breaker". Toaster oven is broken.

Winter wonderland close to the summit

The fabulous location in the heart of Government Camp. The sheer ability to get a place there - when all hotels seem to be booked for years ahead! A very nice and thoughtfully laid out 3-level house with a nice view of winter wonderland from the living room and the master bedroom.

The main house heater was not cooperative and could not go above 70*F even with the fan constantly on. (There is a separate heater in the garage that didn't seem to have problems). Internet instructions in the compendium were outdated - there is no dedicated unit wi-fi, we needed to use the Collins Lake Resort wi-fi, which went down - but that was a citywide problem due to the snowstorm, not a resort problem. Finally, we usually stay at hotels and forgot how things work with condos. We feel that the resort/condo fees were significant (1/3 of the total cost) and could have been better emphasized.
