Not a good situation because of the difficulty getting in through the lockbox.

The facility is spacious and clean with large kitchen and w/d.

Getting into the place was a disaster. There is an lock system that did not work. We had to call a support company to walk us through. That didn’t work either. We finally got in after a very trying hour. We got there late and there was no light so had to complete the process with a flashlight in my mouth. Very , very frustrating and a real bummer. Either they need to change the lock or improve on the directions for opening the lockbox. The other aspect to be aware of was the presence of an extensive flight of stairs and the absence of lighting. I nearly lost my balance and fell coming down the stairs.

We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Property maintained very nicely. Very clean and comfortable and many amenities. Relaxing and a great location for us.

We had no control of the A/C. There was a note regarding regulating heat and A/C but the control was not in the basement. Not sure if the Tenants upstairs controlled this or not. We were very cold at times and had to open door and windows to let heat in. The 2nd group of people that stayed that last 2-3 days we were there, were very loud and banging thing constantly and walking with loud hard shoes on the floor, starting at 5 am. We were supposed to have at least 2 parking spots on the street but there were times it was full and we had to park up further on the street.

Despite not getting to stay in and watch the game and eat our meal we had a great time.

The accommodations were great. The layout worked perfect for the 4 of us.

A TV that we could actually watch would have been great. We had a fabulous meal made and all we needed to do was heat it up so we could eat in and watch a football game. It was very disappointing that we had to go out to watch the game and also pay for a meal that we weren't planning to pay for.

A quiet place to relax and explore the local area.

We were looking for a quiet place to meet up with friends and to catch up after a long separation. It worked out just fine. The property was clean, quiet, and close to local restaurants and sites.
