Great value historic property that still reflects its nautical roots. Spacious. Loved the small kitchen with table and chairs for basic meals. Colorful sunsets from the balcony. Picturesque lighthouse just down the road. Short drive to Campobello island.

Laundry detergent for sheets and towels was too perfumey. Fragrance free would be better.

Location was great for what we wanted to do in Lubec

No housekeeping. Shampoo & conditioner offered in ketchup sized packets. Large bathroom, but incredibly small shower. Shower water alternated between scalding hot and ice cold with no where to go to get away from it.
