The comfort, the amenities, the surroundings, the view inside and out, even the front private beach. Every morning early rise to catch the whales and ocean view.

amazing! this location was the best. low key and beautiful

loved the extra things to use such as games, kitchen supplies and beach items the sheets were also super soft and comfy along with the amazing view!

the only negative would be the bed was almost too soft, like you sink in at night

Beautiful, relaxing vacation!

The view is stunning and we could hear the waves all night long. We also saw whales, turtles and spinner dolphins from our lanai and the beach. The condo is well stocked with supplies to make your stay more comfortable.

The noise from construction started at 7:00AM. I understand that maintenance is important, but maybe not so early in the morning. This is a temporary inconvenience and the condo itself was beautiful, so I would still highly recommend.

Best location and views in all of Ka'anapali

The location was absolutely the best! The ocean was the only noise we could hear and being on the 8th floor we were able to watch breaching whales from sun up to sunset. There were also 3 large "resident" sea turtles that would feed on vegetation around the reef directly below the condo and no more that 15ft from the shore. Everything about the condo was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an unforgettable experience in Maui and we will definitely be back, and when we do, we will be staying here again.

Amazing stay despite construction

The staff, facilities, floor to ceiling windows and views of the ocean were the highlight. I appreciate Vacasa informing us of the construction in our unit and the refund of $100 for the late notice. As a customer, I felt taken care of with their proactive approach.

While I appreciated the notice and refund for the planned 3 hour construction appointment to our unit where were asked to leave the unit from 9am-12pm the day after arriving, I do wish we were given a heads up that the construction noise would last the entirety of our trip since much work was being done to the unit directly above ours. This made sleeping in or afternoon naps less comfortable. But overall, this was a great stay and we would definitely book again.

Paradise - awesome view, location, homey feeling - nothing can compare to Mahana 314!

The moment we walked into the condo, we were overwhelmed by its breathtaking views. It is a very fine propery and we felt as if we were in a huge penthouse suite of a cruise ship, the ocean views were that stunning. This was our first trip to Maui/Mahana 314 and we enjoyed every minute. The view is breathtaking and perfect from the bedroom, lanai, and living room. You could not be any closer to the ocean. The location could not be better, the condo is spotless, very clean and the amenities are perfect. The condo was amazing - better than the pictures - so beautiful and well cared for. Very spacious for a couple, large king size bed and small stackable washer and dryer; kitchen plates, cups, utensils, and pots/pans are all there for cooking. Appreciated the towels and beach towels as well. Although the property is next to the water, it still gets hot in Maui so we enjoyed the cool A/C inside. Property is as close as you can get to the ocean. Plenty of unassigned parking. There are great choices to have a close meal such as Dukes and the Java Jazz Café across the street. With the Times Supermarket close by where you can buy everything needed to use the well equiped kitchen. There's really nothing to complain about at Mahana 314 and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for such a great trip.
